Sterling Dance
Competition Team

The Sterling Dance competition team brings their love of dance to the stage at three regional competitions per year, plus optional competitions, including nationals.

Our approach is focused on advancing each dancer's technique while forming strong bonds among teammates and learning how to perform together. We are honored to be an ADCC Studio of Excellence and have won many awards for outstanding choreography and studio spirit, along with individual awards and top placements by our dancers.

We welcome dancers of all ages to audition for the Sterling Dance competition team. Auditions are usually held during the spring - keep your eyes on Sterling Gym news and social media for audition dates! Teams are organized by age and ability:
