Ninja Classes
A skill level progression system has been devised to challenge athletes' different abilities and create mobility by providing step-by-step successes. In each level, students advance based on the progression of skills in the six categories of Ninja Obstacle: Jumping, Climbing, Swinging, Traversing, Balancing, and Floor Skills. Our curriculum focuses on improving and mastering specific skills, strength, speed, agility, and listening skills.

Jr. Ninjas (5-6 yrs)
Jr. Ninjas are classes for kids 5 and 6 years of age and build upon the obstacles introduced in the Nano Ninja classes. These classes do not require any previous experience and are a great way to get your little athlete swinging, climbing, exploring, and having MORE FUN in our awesome ninja obstacle courses!

Ninja Challenge (7+)
Athletes who are 7+ years of age are introduced to more intermediate obstacles that are popular among ninjas across the world. There are 4 levels of ninja challenge classes for these athletes to progress through based on age and ability.

Ninja Challenge Team
More advanced ninjas may be invited to our competitive team program, where ninjas compete against other ninjas from across the Northeast.
