What to Expect on Party Day
On the big day, we will be ready to welcome you and your guests. Here’s what you can expect:
As you step into the gym, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you to your designated party area.
All parties begin with 1 hour of designated activity in the theme of your choice, followed by 1 hour in our party room (unless added gym time has been selected).
Sterling Gym provides professional instructors to lead the activities for your party.
Sterling Gym also provides tables and chairs based on the number of guests reserved.
No food, drinks, or paper goods are provided by Sterling Gym. You're welcome to bring in food, birthday cake, ice cream, or any other treats. A refrigerator / freezer is available for your use at the facility, please ask staff for assistance upon arrival.
Parents are welcome to decorate the party room beginning 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your party.
Please be considerate of the next birthday party by cleaning your party area prior to your departure.
